Depression, more common in the disabled community?
I am suffering with the disease, it's horrible, it causes mood swings not unlike a hormonal imbalance.
What shocked me was the speed it entered my life I thought I was in control, but I wasn't.
Today is Christmas Day, I am driving home from London with my family from my in-laws house where we have stayed for the last week.
I have been suffering with man flu and exhaustion, primarily from weeks of migraines and no sleep.
I have spent half the week in bed, the other with the kids.
I wish I hadn't bothered driving here.
This last week has been the loneliest week of my year.
this is depression.
ill add more later.
